We'd been sitting with this feeling for a while. Sensemitter never quite fit. We work with emotional engagement, not senses, and we lost count of the number of times our partners and friends stumbled trying to say it.

A name should be easy to remember and easy to share, and ours wasn't doing either of those things well.

So we went looking for something that actually reflects what we do.

Emhance brings together two words that sit at the heart of our work: emotion and enhance. We exist to help teams put emotion AI at the centre of their research, so they can drive real outcomes for the games they work on.

Our new name gets that across in a way Sensemitter never could.

Everything else stays the same. The same team, the same technology, the same commitment to helping you understand how players really feel. We've just found an identity that fits us properly.
