A seasoned business development leader

Isabel has spent over ten years working across the mobile gaming and app ecosystem. She helped scale growth at Supersonic and MobFox, expanded Appsumer’s gaming presence across EMEA, and led the U.K. and Ireland business for Adjust. Most recently, she worked at Replai and Alison.ai, where she championed AI-powered creative analytics and computer-vision tools that enable teams to test faster and make stronger decisions.

Gaming has always been at the centre of Isabel’s career, with a particular focus on one of the industry’s most persistent challenges: retention.
